Tracking

Orders which are sent by a parcel are delivered with tracking. This counts for orders over 350g. Orders less than 350g are sent by letter post. Prefer tracking anyway? Contact customer support, or choose delivery to a pickup point or parcel locker.

Exceptions to this rule: 

  1. Orders with pickup point or parcel locker delivery always have tracking. These packages are always sent by parcel post (and include tracking automatically.) Orders with parcel point/parcel locker shipping cannot be sent at letterpost prices.
  2. If you live nearby the border with Belgium (our shipping location), it may be cheaper to ship to a parcel point on the border of Belgium. This way, you pay for just national postage. Contact customer support to discuss this method.

Delivery

Our shipping company is Belgium's national shipping service, Bpost. For more information or for tracking your order, see their website on https://www.bpost.be/

If you pick parcel point/parcel locker delivery, you can contact us with your preferred location, or ask us to find you a nearby post office. You can reply to your order email too.

Orders paid by bank wire are only shipped once we confirm payment has been received, and everything is correct.
